General Medical Dermatology
Clinical diagnosis and treatment of dermatologic conditions — eczema, psoriasis, sensitive skin, hidradenitis suppurativa, and the long tail of inflammatory disease.
Medical dermatology is the foundation of the practice. Whether the visit is one consultation for a clear acute issue, or long-term management of a chronic inflammatory condition, the principles are the same: accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and a plan you can actually follow.
- Atopic dermatitis (eczema) — paediatric, adult, and severe variants
- Psoriasis — plaque, scalp, and the inflammatory comorbidity picture
- Acne and acne scarring
- Rosacea, perioral dermatitis, and seborrheic dermatitis
- Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) — medical and surgical
- Vitiligo, lichen planus, autoimmune skin disease
- 01 Visits are paced for the condition — acute cases resolve in 1–2 visits; chronic disease needs structured follow-up.
- 02 Prescriptions, lab work, photo documentation, and biopsies are arranged when needed.
- 03 Severe atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and HS may need systemic therapy or biologics — these decisions are taken with you, with a clear risk and monitoring discussion.
- 04 Referrals to rheumatology, GI, or psychology happen when the dermatologic picture sits inside a wider problem.
Inflammatory disease is a long conversation, not a single decision. We move at a pace that matches your situation, not the drug-label pace.
