Skincare & Pigmentation Treatment
In-clinic procedures and a daily routine — melasma, post-inflammatory marks, texture, tone — with the topical regimen that does most of the work between visits.
Pigmentation work pairs in-clinic procedures (chemical peels, microneedling, light-based devices) with a daily routine that protects the skin and treats the pigment-producing pathway. The routine is the larger half of the result; visits exist to accelerate it.
- Melasma — hormonal and sun-driven facial pigmentation
- Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne, eczema, or procedures
- Sun damage, lentigines, and dyspigmentation from chronic UV exposure
- Skin texture, fine pores, and dullness
- Sensitive-skin barrier repair
- 01 A clinical examination including Wood's lamp where indicated, plus a written daily routine you take home.
- 02 In-clinic procedures are paced — typically 3–6 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart for peels or microneedling.
- 03 Strict daily sun protection is non-negotiable; without it, results regress.
- 04 Most pigmentation work shows partial improvement at 2–3 months; the durable result is at 6–12 months.
Some pigmentation conditions worsen with the wrong treatment — laser on undiagnosed melasma is the classic example. Diagnosis comes before the device. Active inflammation, recent isotretinoin, and pregnancy may delay or modify the plan.
